The students and staff of the Dublin Consolidated School set out to spook anyone in the vicinity of the Yankee Magazine offices Thursday morning.

Principal Nicole Pease led the parade across and up Route 101, which they navigated courtesy of Dublin Police Chief Tim Suokko, en route to some treat-seeking at the town center.

“This is wonderful, and it’s an annual event,” said Pease. “It epitomizes small town life.”
