Monadnock Writers’ Group will host storyteller Tricia Rose Burt at its monthly Speaker Series on Saturday, March 15, at 9:45 a.m. at Peterborough Town Library, 2 Concord St. The free event is open to the public.

Burt is a speaker, multimedia artist, Moth storyteller and creative coach. After nearly 15 years in the corporate world, she transitioned to the arts. Her podcast, “No Time to be Timid,” was a finalist for the Signal Award in Arts and Culture, and her story, “How to Draw a Nekkid Man,” has been downloaded more than 250,000 times from The Moth Radio Hour.

Monadnock Writers’ Group supports local writers through monthly meetings, anthologies, an online journal and public events.
