Peterborugh Town Library schedules craft supply swap

Peterborough Town Library, 2 Concord St., will host a two-day craft supplies swap Friday, May 23, from 2 to 6 p.m. and Saturday, May 24 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Community members are invited to bring gently used or extra art and craft supplies such as paints, paper, yarn, beads, brushes, fabric (minimum size 10-by-10 inches) and complete craft kits to exchange for new items. Donations must be clean, odor-free and free of mold, mildew, pests or damage. Items stored in mothballs will not be accepted.
Donations will be accepted only at the help desk on Thursday, May 22, from 3 to 6 p.m. and Friday, May 23, from 10 a.m. to noon. Library staff may decline items that don’t meet the guidelines or are dropped off outside the specified times.
Items not accepted include sewing machines, house paint or stain, broken or dirty items, unfinished projects, dried paint, worn brushes, scraps smaller than 10-by-10 inches and anything flammable, toxic or too large for one person to carry.
