The United Church of Jaffrey will be hosting the River Valley Dance Band on Saturday, May 4, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the Mildred Cutter Memorial Parish Hall.

This band plays a variety of musical styles, such as old jazz standards, swing, rock, oldies and current hits. The cost is $15 per person or $25 per couple, and refreshments and non-alcoholic beverages will be sold. The hall is at 54 Main St. in Jaffrey. Call 603-532-7047 for information.
