The Antrim Soldiers’ Monument was erected by the local chapter of the Grand Army of the Republic in 1892 to honor all Antrim soldiers lost through the Civil War. The monument stands on the lawn of the Antrim Baptist Church.

Antrim and Bennington observed Memorial Day on Monday, May 26. Veterans from the Antrim American Legion Myers-Prescott-Olson Post 50 and Brown-Knight Memorial Post VFW Post 8268 in Bennington walked in Antrim’s parade and visited the town’s cemeteries and war memorials to honor all soldiers and service people who have died in service to the country.
